Scariest Disney Movie Ever

Stephen King is wrong.  It's Pinocchio.

And vampires versus zombies?  ...

Thoughts?

  1. I don't know, I always got really freaked out over James and the Giant Peach, what with the flesh-eating mechanican shark that spit out fish heads.... o.o

  2. I HATED that movie! I was on tour with the BYU steel band. We were in Idaho somewhere, I think, and had time to kill. On other days we played golf or went to a museum or the fishing warfs (we were all over the upper northwest). But this one day we went to a movie. James and the Giant Peach. The book remains one of my favorite books, and never have I felt more let down by a movie than then. And yes, it's terrifying.

  3. I hated it, too. The problem was that I was a 4/5-year-old at the time, and everyone in my gymnastics class used to antagonize me by calling me, "James and the Giant Peach." I wonder what gets under my skin these days that I'll look back at and ask, "Why did that make me so upset?"

  4. I don't really care where all the rest of the movies fall, but I 100% agree with Pinocchio as the best Disney movie of all time:
